Sign-in issues are usually caused by invite status, email mismatch, workspace access, browser issues, or headset connection problems.
Work through these checks before contacting support.
Check your invite
Make sure you received an invite from your organization’s Owner or Admin.
If you were never invited, STNDRD may not recognize your account.
Check your email address
Use the same work email address that received the invite.
If you use a personal email or alternate work email, sign-in may fail.
Check your workspace
Confirm that you are using the correct workspace link for your organization.
If your company has multiple workspaces, you may be trying to access the wrong one.
Check your browser or headset
On desktop, refresh the page, try a modern browser, or clear your browser cache.
On headset, restart STNDRD, confirm the headset is connected to the internet, and restart the headset if needed.
Contact your admin
If you still cannot sign in, contact your workspace Owner or Admin.
Send your name, work email, workspace, device type, and a screenshot or description of the error.
